It is often difficult to know how to respond to people in acute emotional distress. There are no simple formulas because every situation involves individuals who are different. The OPTIONS Behavioral Assessment Team offers assessments for:

Grief and Loss

Addictive Disorders

Aggression

OPTIONS is a comprehensive community service designed to help you by providing 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, mental health, chemical dependency, crisis intervention, assessement, information and referral assistance. OPTIONS provides immediate response to telephone inquiries, suggestions for appropriate action and information about community mental health resources.

24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week

The OPTIONS team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staffed by masters level mental health counselors and psychiatric registered nurses, the OPTIONS program offers:

Confidential assessments and consultations for emotional problems
Referrals to outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization or inpatient care based on each individual’s treatment needs
Support for families of those suffering from mental illness
Information about mental health concerns and community services
